The adaptive reuse of an existing building in the downtown core of Spokane provided both a centralized location for their business and a far lower environmental impact than is possible with new construction. The space was also selected by Magner Sanborn for the overall quality of construction, abundant natural light and open floor plan. Magner Sanborn was responsible for the interior build-out of the existing 3 level space and engaged Uptic Studios in the design/development/construction of their human-centered work environment. The project’s success relied on strategic thinking, visualization and open communication between user groups and the design team.
